In-Person Workshops

Join staff from the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy's (EGLE) Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD), the Michigan Underground Storage Tank Authority (MUSTA), and the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs' (LARA) Storage Tank Division for a day-long workshop bringing information and updates on Michigan's petroleum underground storage tank (UST) programs. This workshop will be held in two different locations and dates for owners, operators, and environmental consultants who work on petroleum UST sites.

This full-day event will provide insights and updates to Michigan petroleum UST programs. Agenda highlights include:

  • A workshop and training on RRD’s MIRBCA guidance and report forms with EGLE
  • Class A and Class B Operator Responsibilities and Inspection Training with LARA
  • The Amended Registration Process with LARA
  • Well Setback Distance for Plan Review Discussion with LARA
  • Funding and Implementation of MUSTA Programs with MUSTA
  • Q&A with staff from RRD, MUSTA, and LARA

Owners, operators, and environmental consultants who work on petroleum UST sites are encouraged to attend.
